Booking Policies

RESERVATIONS:

  • *A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  • *PayPal (credit card) is only accepted for the initial deposit. Balance must be paid by wire transfer or personal check.
  • *Balance payment is due 65 days before departure.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • *121 days prior to departure, spaces are released without penalty.
  • *120-65 days prior to departure, USD 500 per person will be charged.
  • *64 or less before departure, full cruise price will be charged.

SUPPLEMENTS & DISCOUNTS
  • *High season supplement of 5% on cabin price: Jan 1-5 / April 5 - May 25 / July 3 - Aug 26 / Oct 2 - Nov 22 / Dec 18 - 31.
  • *Children up to 11 years old get 25% discount if sharing cabin with a full-fare paying adult or 50% if sharing cabin with 2 full-fare paying adults. However, during high season date, 25% discount applies in both cases.
  • *Single accommodation is subject to 50% supplement and 75% over high season dates.
  • *For triple accommodation, 25% discount applies for third adult sharing cabin with 2 full-fare paying adults.

Important Note

The cruise can be rescheduled to another date or another name rather than cancelled to avoid high penalty fees. If changed between 120 and 65 days before departure, a USD 150 fee will be charged. Between 64 and 30 days, a 20% discount will be granted for the new reservation under the same name. Balance will be forfeited. Price adjustments apply depending on available dates and cabin category.
